Hi! I'm Naomi, a NZ and Australian registered psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with adults, adolescents and children. My friends, family and clients describe me as warm, understanding and approachable. I'm proud of my solution-focused style of practice and caring nature. I enjoy supporting and working alongside my clients to improve their quality of life and help them achieve their personal goals.
I've worked in both the public and private sectors in New Zealand and Australia, and worked in several areas across my career including private practice, pain and injury rehabilitation, health psychology and children and adolescents.

I have also provided training, workshops and supervision in areas such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness. I've also worked with organisations providing group and individual programs, to improve employee mental health and provide stress management and Employee Assistance (EAP) solutions.

Naomi uses a wide range of therapy styles to suit the individual including:
Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mindfulness strategies.
Every person’s treatment plan is individualised for their unique personal needs, goals, and issues of concern.
